John Hotchkiss serves as Director of Development at Cambridge Christian School, bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and philanthropic leadership. A University of Florida graduate, John has a strong background in strategic partnerships and donor engagement. As a longtime CCS parent, he is deeply committed to the school’s mission of preparing students for college and life grounded in a Biblical worldview. John and his family are active members of Grace Family Church in Tampa.
